Sorry we haven't been as active as we probably should be, but I've finally got the first contest ready!

The Contest is to make an ID for our guild.

Rules:
1~ Must be a picture
2~ Must have Shadow in it somehow

4~ Still debating on when the contest will end, but don't take to long. I'll put it up when I get the end date figured out.

Happy New Year members...a bit late, but what ya gonna do? XD

Alright, now to the brass tacks. It would seem that ~shadowfan13 and ~Jenna-Chameleon have gone and done a vanishing trick...so until further notice, I guess I'll take over with managing of the club.

Sorry updates have been so slow for one thing, but right now, I have 3 accounts to manage and only 2 comps to do so with...so I'm a busy little man. I'm gonna need your help here.

One, if you have works in your gallery that aren't here, let me know if you want them updated here, I don't know everything that's going on and unfortunately, I don't have time to search though everyone's gallery and deal with it that way...so please, be a bit helpful. I would like this club to stay active ^^

Points will be left going, but I won't be updating them since that was the owner's fun...I'm trying to check with ~shadowfan13 about what's going on and right now, he has no idea what's happening.

If you haven't noticed, the gallery has member folders which shows all the work that was submitted by you...so, could you let me know which fanfics you own so I can sort them accordingly?

As for stories I know about, I'm trying to update them when I can, but it's difficult I just need your cooperation

So, the club isn't dead (yet) but I'm doing what I can as far as one manager can....(I swear I'm the only manager doing anything here) And it's a big club...so things may be slow, sorry

Yo, ~Nat33 here as one of the three managers of the club ^^ ~shadowfan13 and ~Jenna-Chameleon are really busy as of late, but we'll try and work hard to get the club up to date. The managers are listed down below in the new 'managers' section so you can get a grasp on who will be updating this club in the near future ^^

Due to this difficulty, we're going to need an update on the fanfics that have not been updated as of yet...so if you have fanfics that have not been uploaded/updated yet, send a note to the club titled "Submission" so that we may get them ready ^^

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: There is now a new section on the club's page: the staff members section. If you would like to join the staff, please feel free to comment on the journal or send a note entitled, "STAFF".

Now that we have enough people signed up with us, we've decided to create a point system for all of our members! We'll assign different prizes for the different amount of points you earn. The prize options are still being worked out; if you have any suggestions for prizes, please add a comment to our journal. Here's how the point system is broken down:

Joining the club: 2 pts.
Submitting a oneshot: 5 pts.
Submitting a new story: 5 pts.
Submitting a comic (yes, we now accept comics too): 5 pts.
Each additional page to your comic you submit: 3 pts.
Each additional chapter you add: 3 pts.
Recommending the club to one of your friends: 7 pts. (Please note: your friend must tell us that you recommended them)
Affiliating with us: 8 pts.
Entering a contest: 10 pts.
Winning a contest: 25 pts.
